Your Resource Room can provide safe storage for more than just the documents that everyone uses. By enabling the Staff Vault feature (you can do it on a user-by-user basis, or for the entire group) your people can store a limited amount of electronic documents or images in a secure location that only they (and you) have access to.

There will be a size limit on individual items and on their vault as a whole (you can imagine what would happen eventually if there wasn’t) that you can have us adjust. You can also place an item directly into their vault for their private review and send an Instant Message telling them that it’s there.

Your staff may never lose track of anything again!
